Celebrating 20 Years in Business in 2020

The year 2020 marks the 20th anniversary of T.W. Hicks, Inc.! As we celebrate this monumental milestone, we want to say a special thank you to all of our valued clients and staff who we have worked with these past 20 years; without you, we wouldn't be here today. 

Over the past two decades, we have expanded to include three office locations that service all of Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, over 40 employees, and a clientele that includes non-profits, aviation, manufacturing, and many other professional service industries nationwide.

The 20-year milestone gives us a unique opportunity to reflect on our past achievements and highlights as we envision the road ahead. Today, we are proud to celebrate:

T.W. Hicks, Inc. was founded on the vision of Tina and Tim Hicks, from the humble origins of their home in Denton, Texas. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Tina and Tim Hicks wanted to create a process-led company that cultivated beautiful yet hard-wearing industrial floors that made life better for businesses. 

How did they do it? Tina Hicks thanks their highly-trained employees and top-notch technology. "We've learned a great deal in 20 years, and we've improved our technology and our equipment. Our employees are so highly trained, it's really exciting to see what we've accomplished in 20 years and see where we can go moving forward."
