T.W. Hicks, Inc. 20th Anniversary: A Story that Matters

Happy 20th anniversary, T.W. Hicks, Inc.! When we founded T.W. Hicks, Inc. in 2000, we were entrepreneurs with a mission to cultivate an innovative, knowledgeable, and committed team of flooring professionals. Today we have grown to over 40 plus employees and are proud to provide a high-quality, exceptional product to our customers nationwide. 

A Story that Matters 

“We’ve learned a great deal in 20 years, and we’ve improved our technology and our equipment. Our employees are so highly trained, it’s really exciting to see what we’ve accomplished in 20 years and see where we can go moving forward,” says Tina Hicks. 

In fact, T.W. Hicks, Inc. came from humble beginnings. Starting out of their home in Denton, Texas, T.W. Hicks, Inc. was once composed of just Tina and her husband Tim, who worked as the sales rep, operation manager, and crew leader along with four installers. 

When asked about their journey over the last 20 years, Tim said, “The best part of our story is the employees that we started with came with me from my previous employer.” Some of those employees are still with T.W. Hicks, Inc. today. “That’s a testament to the type of company that we’re running. They don’t want to go anywhere else.”

Today, T.W. Hicks, Inc. employs over 40 employees, five crew leaders, a prep crew, four sales reps, and an office staff. We have three locations that cover the state of Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma that collectively serve customers nationwide.
